1. Fill in the enquiry form or email us on sales@pinedirectwales.co.uk with name, address and post code and product required.
We will then ring you and confirm your order, will take an agreed deposit and the balance will then be taken when delivery is confirmed.

2. Ring us with your order on our 24hour Freephone 0800 7311490.
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm with Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
We will take a 20% deposit with order, the balance to be cleared before delivery by all major credit cards. or cleared cheques.

3. Cancellation of an order must be made no later than 2 weeks before delivery.

Delivery

1. Basic charge £40 - One man delivering into home with aid of customer.

2. Extra £20 for deliveries north of Blackburn.

3. Extra £10 for deliveries into London when congestion charge applies. This would be the same for any other city that applies a congestion charge.

4. Extra £20 for 2 man deliveries.

5. Should the customer fail to be at home at the agreed delivery time then the delivery charge would be repeated. A card stating attempted delivery time would be left as proof.
