BANBURY |

Elegant looks with maintenance-free
styling, it is easy to appreciate why the Banbury
is the flagship of the Compton range.
The terra-cotta tile effect, high pitched roof
is unique to this building. Enhancements which
are optional on many of our other models are standard
features on the Banbury garage. PVCu fascias, vergeboard,
and opening window, plus maintenance-free Georgian
panelled door and brick front posts give this garage
lasting good looks - all backed by Compton's 10
year guarantee.
Available in three single, and one
double width does mean that the Banbury
garage is suitable for a range of uses
beyond that of simply storing your car. |

Convincingly traditional good looks,
combined with robust engineering, makes this garage
a valued addition to any home.
The 'brick' finish is not painted, but is a
textured aggregate that will stand up to close
scrutiny, as it looks and feels like real brick.
In addition to enhancing the value of your
house, select from the wide range of options to
personalise your garage. Cedar doors and PVCu or
cedar clad fascias add that finishing touch, whilst
the exclusive range of coloured roof sheets will
blends with most existing roof colours.
There are forty standard sizes in the range,
and extra length and height options are available. |

ROCKSTONE |

Our exclusive Rockstone finish on
both the front and side elevations sets this garage
apart.
Each single garage is supplied as standard with
a full width galvanised up and over door in a durable
bright white pre-finish, Cuprinol finished
wooden fascias and timber fixed window. Wider models (17'1" and over)
can also be specified with a single main door, offset to the left
or right.
Don't forget to specify the maintenance-free options to cut out that
messy painting and staining - it's easier with Compton. |

SPAR FLAT |

This garage with its attractive, maintenance
free Multispar exterior, offers an excellent combination
of superb value, with Compton's Guaranteed strength.
Choose from a range which embraces compact
models from 8'0" wide,
to full width 17'0" double garages. Twin garages feature the
benefits of a double garage with a dividing wall.
Each single garage is
supplied as standard with a full width galvanised
up and over door in a durable
bright white pre-finish, Cuprinol finished wooden
fascias and timber fixed window. Our "twin" and
double garages are each supplied with a pair of
doors.
Various options allow our garages to be adapted to suit your home.
Plastisol fascias, plastisol up and over and personal doors, with
PVCu fixed and opening windows give you the option of a maintenance
free garage. Whilst cedar retractable or side hung doors offer
a hard wearing traditional look which will blend into any setting.
An extra touch of character can be added to your garage with Compton's
unique Brick Finish front posts.

THE
SPAR APEX |

Like the rear sloping Spar Flat
garage, this building has an attractive multi-coloured
maintenance free spar aggregate finish.
The most versatile model in the Compton range, the Spar Apex garage
is available in eight widths, and lengths diverse enough to accommodate
a full size car and still leave ample room for bikes, workshop or
storage space. An offset door option gives flexibility in siting
your garage. A throughway model allows drive-through access to the
rear.
For your maintenance free garage, select PVCu fascias, fixed or opening
windows, plastisol up and over or personal doors. Personalise your
garage with Brick Finish front posts, a choice of optional roof colours
and a variety of front doors. |
| WORKSHOPS |

All Compton garages can be converted
into a workshop or storeroom.
This means that you can choose from 5'10" to 21'1" in
width, offering over 100 different sizes. Extra
height models are available
on our brick pattern high eaves model.
We supply a galvanised steel personal access door in lieu of the
standard up and over (except Newbury Model). You can position this
door front, sides or rear of this infill structure.
Our Spar storerooms are built to the same high standard as our range
of concrete garages. Available in a choice of five compact sizes.
Multiple units are also available, details on request.
Unlike timber, your Compton workshop won't need maintenance and isn't
going to burn down, and is much more secure than its timber counterpart.
In addition, many of the accessories available in the Compton range
can be specified on your workshop. Plastisol fascias, plastisol personal
door, with PVCu fixed and opening windows give you the option of
a maintenance free garage.
